Buy some clippers. Pay for themselves in two haircuts. Not too good at it? Wear a ballcap! Ha ha! Seriously, you can't hardly screw up a buzz with a #2 guard, everything comes out the same. Unless you enjoy shelling out 15 bucks every month or two....

When I get my hair trimmed it's $30.00, when B's gets her hair done and has color added $90.00.
Now y'all know the real reason Catman has long hair. LOL! j/k for men it's only $10.00. He just can't find anybody that can do a decent flat top.
So, I say go with MayB's idea, if you don't wanna pay $15-do it yourself.
Or check around for the local beauty school. Students have to practice & they are usually well supervised. Our local went up to $5 this past fall from $3. Just know that they are beginners and take a loooong time if very new. Haven't had a bad haircut yet.
