Anyone Got Any Writing Ideas?

'Cause I Tell Ya... I Think I Done Run Out...

Well, truthfully, I am in possession of several of them. All good, too! REALLY!!

It's just that I also have all these...
[BUM BOM BAAM!!!]
Severe Summer Dolldrums...

Writer's Bloc? Nah... Writers' "BLAH" is more like it.

I was gonna write on the ideal of the move to the country...
But, I done that already. A time or three.

Music is nice...
I have a c.d. collection when I'm really in the mood...

I could tell you about my love life... but don't care to provide somnolent stimulation... ha!

Garden-- we know I do.
Pictures? I've taken them.
Plans?

Hmm...

[Cygnusasks: "Define 'PLANS'? "]

Nah... I got some.. We all do; all got something or someone we wanna get done. Why bore ya with mine yet again, when they seem ever-destined to be changed! HA!

Really, though, Bloggerville-- we all seem to have hit on the fact that today was a piss-in-cheerios kind of day...(or is it just me; did I miss the regular bowl?!?) So... what's on YOUR minds, collectively?

Slainte, Folks!

If I told you what was on my mind HERE, Sir...I wouldn't have any fodder for MY blog.

Or...maybe...I don't have anything to say because my gourd is as empty as a politician's promise.

Well, Cygnus, my friend

I have no profound words of wisdom to offer you to get you out of the blah's.

It seems you did a fine job with the post considering you said you had nothing to write about ;D

You do realize, that by writing about nothing you've actually given yourself a few more topic choices within the body of this post for future posts.:D (I'm not talking about the move or "Eden" either)

Catman, M'Man, I could do just that...

But I be so busy trying to shapeshift to this feathery form that...

Oh, hey... is that LEDA???

OH, DAMNIT!!! I LOOKED!!!

Well... guess I always COULD play the Calliope...

But... would that be Oedipal?

Hmm...

Maybe just better pet the Kitten instead...

Thanks for the banter, Bro!

And speaking of...

Erm, what exactly ARE you speaking of, Lady Felinae?
Did I miss another bowl?!?

I'm finding it hard to write whilst commuting between NH & NJ...It's like I'm leading two lives! I did manage to get some poetry and pictorials in, plus I'm working on stuff offline...not much time to do it, though. Yeah, the doldrums I hear you. It's cool to just bs in bloggyland also...

How about this...
What if you woke up tomorrow, thinking like Cygnus, feeling like Cygnus, scratching your arse like Cygnus :) You shuffle into the bathroom, yawning.. you look in the mirror and you can't believe what you see..(finish)

***GASPS***!!!

I See RENE!!!

Now, is that MY reflection, scratching it's own arse, or has I died and gone to heaven...

HA! THANK YOU, Lady Rene! Now, on thop of my version of a song to write, i gotta do a scene of us in a mirror...

And suddenly, I am in no need of writing musings... hahaha!

SLAINTE, Woman!!!

No Sweetie,
You did not miss a bowl.
Do y'all need me to explain my writing to ya?

Hugs~Felinae~

Cygnus MacLlyr said...

Yes, Lady F...

I seem to not comprehend which few more choices I've given m'self...
Because, we can never have too many of those! ha!

Felinae said...

Ok,

Choice #1 music, you can tell us about your likes/dislikes

Choice #2 writer's block tell us some tricks on how to overcome it

get the idea?

Have you ever checked out the weekly suggestions for pagan blog posts at http://paganprompts.blogspot.com? There might be some topic ideas there that would intrigue you to write about them.

Cygnus,
How's the Celtic drumming going? Are you letting that thing gather dust? Where is your ode to Boadicea? What lilt is in Merlin's voice as he approaches the final battlefield?

The drumming is progressing nicely; still need to find that Boadicea tune and learn it...

What Merlin sounded like... best aethereal visual I've been granted in a while! ha! Honestly!
Thank you, Ye Old Furt, ye!

Nothing, there is nothing left on my mind because I am aching from head to toe from riding out on a dusty trail with a group of covered wagons and horseback riders all day to chase a story.
